Very good oral and written skills in Spanish are required. Part of the programme may be followed at a distance (as of June/July).
Interested candidates should fill out the application form at http://www.ub.edu/mei/en/solicitud-de-admision/, and upload the required documents (in a .zip file) by May 15.
